Considerations before renting a bouncy castle
Please read the following before booking a castle.
Things to consider when renting a Bouncy Castle
Location
- Are there power lines, tree branches or other hazards above?
- Is the gate/doorway 4 feet or more wide? (We have a few bouncers that can fit in 3 foot door)
- For the bigger castles, a place for us to either back up to as close as possible, or drive and drop? (A few castles are over 400 Lbs.)
- Are power outlets close? (Recommended to not be more then 100 feet from a source, and a few castles may require 2 separate outlets)
- Any lines underground? (We need to peg it to the ground so that it won't fly away)
Weather
- Wind greater than 25 km/hr and/or gusts greater than 30km/hr castles can't be set up. (If already set up they will need to be shut down right away until the wind calms down)
- Rain or snow before delivery will result in canceling castles. (If rain/snow happens after delivery and is light you can cover the fan and continue use just may be slippery but if the rain/snow is hard you will need to fold castles in half and bring the fan(s) inside)
Animals
- If you have animal(s) that like to chew we ask that you can have your animal(s) away while the castle is up
- We also ask that the castle be up the whole time to prevent wild animals from jumping as well.
Power Extension Cord(s)
- If you own any Heavy duty (thick cord) Extension cords that can handle 15Amps/20Amps of current, we ask if you can have them set up and ready in the location of the bouncy castle. (If not, we can provide one for an extra cost of $10/cord)
Rules of the castles
The Rules are there to protect the bouncers and children from serious injuries.
The Rules are as follows
- No Food Or Drinks inside or around the bouncers
- No Sharp Objects in or Around the bouncers (Keys, knives, etc)
- No Smoking or vaping in or around castles. (At least 3m away)
- No Rough housing or horse play while inside the castle(s)
- With the water slide ones make sure kids that are not potty trained are wearing the appropriate attire (Swim diaper) while on the castle
At every Rental we will have you sign our Rental Agreement after going over the same rules
